1. Overview

digibrix is a digital product marketplace operated by Evakos Ltd. By purchasing a product from digibrix, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products sold on digibrix are digital starter kits delivered as downloadable source code. Products are provided as-is at the time of purchase. We make reasonable efforts to ensure code quality but do not guarantee compatibility with every environment or use case.

3. License

Each purchase grants a Single Agency Use license. You may use the purchased code to build and deploy one project for yourself or one client. For multiple projects, additional licenses must be purchased. See our License page for full details.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required before access to source code is granted.

5. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login or downloaded source code with anyone outside the scope of your license.

6. Updates

Products include lifetime access to updates. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include bug fixes, security patches, and feature improvements. We are not obligated to provide updates on any schedule.

7. Limitation of Liability

digibrix and Evakos Ltd are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or project delays. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
