Single Agency Use License

Each purchase of a digibrix starter kit grants you a Single Agency Use license. This license permits you to use the purchased source code for one project, either for yourself or for one client.

What you can do

• Use the code to build and deploy one website or application
• Modify the code in any way you need for your project
• Use the code for a commercial project (your own or a client's)
• Deploy to any hosting provider of your choice
• Use AI tools to modify and extend the code

What you cannot do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the source code as a product or template
• Use a single license for multiple client projects (purchase additional licenses)
• Claim the original code as entirely your own creation
• Include the source code in an open-source project

Multiple projects

If you want to use a starter kit for more than one project, simply purchase an additional license for each project. There is no limit on the number of licenses you can hold.

Updates

Your license includes lifetime access to updates for the purchased product. Updates are delivered through your digibrix dashboard.

Ownership

You own the code you write on top of our foundation. We retain copyright of the original starter kit source code. Your license grants you broad usage rights as described above, but not ownership of the original codebase.
