Refund Policy

Digital products

Because all digibrix products are digital goods with immediate access to source code, we are unable to offer refunds after purchase. Once the code has been downloaded or accessed, the transaction is final.

Before you buy

We encourage you to review the product details, tech stack, feature list, and live demo (where available) carefully before purchasing. Each product page includes a detailed description of what is and isn't included.

Exceptions

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using a purchased product, please contact us at info@evakos.io within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, provide a refund.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
